BETTER HEALTH ON TAP SERIES

Better Health on Tap is a monthly, community-focused Q&A series designed to make conversations about health, movement, and wellness more accessible, engaging, and fun.

Hosted by Off The Court Fitness & Wellness, this series brings local healthcare professionals and residents together inside a relaxed brewery setting to learn, connect, and ask real-life questions—without the pressure of a clinical environment. Thanks to our partners at Tall City Brewing Co., we will be hosting this series on the first Thursday of every month from 6-7PM during the fall/winter seasons, and then 7-8PM during spring/summer seasons to accommodate for the 432 Run Crew's 5k Brew Runs (what's better than an ice cold drink after a nice run?!).

All ages are welcome (there are non-alcoholic beverages available as well), and $2 off for anyone who participates in the conversation!

Each month highlights a new topic related to improving daily movement, reducing pain, enhancing performance, or supporting long-term wellness. From injury prevention and recovery strategies to nutrition, stress, sleep, and women’s health, the sessions are built around what you want to learn.

Through open conversation, practical tips, and community collaboration, Better Health on Tap aims to empower people with knowledge they can use immediately—while fostering stronger community ties and encouraging proactive, preventative care.

Good company. Good beer. Better health—on tap.
